Meet the Motherloaf, the long awaited sequel (prequel?) to the venerable Swift Industries Sugarloaf bag. This is the one that Basket Packers, Sortalight™️ Touring Enthusiasts, Grocery Getters, and High Volume Commuters have been asking for for a long time and it’s finally here. We’ve had the pleasure of riding with this bag through the final stages of testing and development, we are smitten, and now we get to share it with you. Oh, this is fun.
So what’s new? It’s bigger. It’s been scaled up to fit snugly into a Wald 139 and it’s capacity is a cavernous twenty five liters. To help it keep its shape when it’s not packed to the brim it’s got some stiffening stuff in the top panel…enough to do the trick without interfering with access. Also, updated hardware and our new rattler trim package. Two colors. Nice.
What’s not new? Just like the Sugarloaf it has a quick & secure attachment system, internal organizing pockets, foxy good looks, top-notch construction, and obsessive attention to detail. It’s a Swift bag, after all.
