Horton is a lightweight, minimalist’s handlebar system, built for all sorts of different handlebar setups, including drop bars. This system will accept any commercial drybag in the 5 – 15L range (6-8″ diameter). The drybag cradle snugs tightly to the bar for excellent stability – cables and housing may need to be lengthened for best results.
